Yoga for cyclists & runners

Male cyclist outdoor wet weather

Undo what training tightens, so you can keep going for longer: looser hips, freer hamstrings, and a back that holds up through the big weeks.

I teach yoga classes designed for cyclists and runners. A lot of athletes use yoga as part of their training when they’re off the bike. After long hours of riding, muscles tend to tighten up, limiting their full potential. YOGA helps release that tightness, especially in the hamstrings, hip flexors, and quads.

It ultimately supports cyclists in taking their riding to the next level. My classes focus on areas that need extra love — not just the legs and hip flexors, but also the torso and spine, counteracting that forward flexed riding posture.

Sessions are the same price as my private 1:1 classes: £90 for one, £425 for five (£85 each) or £800 for ten (£80 each) in person, and £65, £300 (£60 each) or £550 (£55 each) online.
