I come to your home in Putney and across South West London, meet you in a park, or teach you live online. For journeys over 45 minutes round trip there is a £60 travel fee per session, and I will always tell you before you book.
-
In person, 60 minutes. Online, 45 minutes. Yoga Nidra and pregnancy classes follow the same lengths.
-
Not at all. It is one of the best reasons to start privately rather than in a packed studio: nobody to keep up with, and nothing to feel self-conscious about. I plan the class around your level and your body, and most people notice real progress within four or five sessions.
-
By bank transfer. Once we have agreed a time I will send you my details, and classes are paid for in advance.
-
A pack of five is valid for four months from the day you buy it. A pack of ten is valid for six months. Gift cards are valid for twelve months.
-
For in-person classes, let me know at least 48 hours ahead and the class rolls over to another week or goes back as credit. For online classes I only need an hour’s notice. For a pack or a series it is 72 hours for a full refund, or between 24 and 72 hours for half. The full wording is in my Terms and Conditions.

Yes. I teach pre and post pregnancy yoga, and mother and baby classes where your baby comes along. Classes work around how you are feeling that week rather than a fixed plan.

Send me a message through the contact form, telling me roughly what you are after and where you would like to practise. I reply within one working day and we find a time that works. There is nothing to pay to ask, and no obligation to book after we have spoken.

Just a yoga mat and a comfortable outfit you can move in. That is all you need.
-
It depends on the season and my availability, but for new clients I recommend getting in touch at least a month before you would like to start.
-
Only on very rare occasions. I mostly teach on weekday mornings and early afternoons, between 7:30am and 2:30pm.
