Yoga Nidra (relaxation)

Female yogi in supta baddha konasana lying on the back relaxing yoga position

Time to relax and restore

An hour of real rest for people who cannot switch off

Clients come to Yoga Nidra for better sleep, for stress and for recovery, and you do all of it lying down

If you love savasana, you will love this: no headstands, no hurrying, just permission to do nothing

Female yogi in savasana closing eyes and teacher massaging forhead

Permission to do nothing

Like yoga itself, Yoga Nidra is both a process and state

It is a set of techniques to help people get into the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping

Yoga Nidra literally means “Yogic Sleep” and is a nourishing and relaxing practice
